You’ve finished the school year! Congratulations. It’s time to reflect on the year you completed and to help you we share with you a set of questions for YOU to reflect upon and answer yourself, about you, your school and your performance over the past school year.

There are several ways you can use these questions. If you have multiple members of your administrative leadership team, you can reflect on the questions individually, and then come together as a group to share your responses and examine collective insights that might lead to growth; Personally, and with a longitudinal eye, you might consider having ONE SEPARATE JOURNAL, just for your reflections. If you’re just getting in the leadership business, it’s a great time to begin this, and if you do so, you’ll be AMAZED to look back at previous years and feel the growth you make. Finally, another format might be to bring together a group of critical friends (a small group of your teachers) to respond to at least some of the questions in reference to your work.
